We collect certain data via our website to fulfill orders, provide content, and more.  We want to make sure you understand what that means for us, Growing Emotional Strength LLC (the “Company”) and growingemotionalstrength.com (the “Website”), for you, and more.  We also want to make sure you understand that, by using our website, you agree to our policies as described below.  This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2023.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED PERSONAL INFORMATION?

The source of this data is from our analytics tracking system.

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, or trade union membership. We also do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time simply by unsubscribing from emails via the unsubscribe button which can be found at the bottom of each email.

If you opt out of receiving marketing communications this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases, warranty registrations, etc.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We do not disclose your personal data unless by court order and we never sell your information. All personal data is treated in accordance with the law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not collect any personal health information (PHI) on our Website. This site is educational and presents educational offers and products. ORDERING PRODUCTS ON OUR SITE

We will request information from you on our order forms for purchase of products. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

Do Not Track

Our Website does not respond to Do Not Track signals.  But, other websites might.  Most browsers have a Do Not Track feature that allows you to inform websites that you don’t want to be tracked, which you can enable or disable in the preferences or settings page of your web browser.

This privacy policy refers only to information collected through our Website, and does not apply to information collected in person at events, in-person meetings, coaching calls, or social media.
